Yeeeaaaah, apparently a problem quite a few comic artists have these days. Actually you've solved this in the exact same fashion as D.B the man behind "Another Avi Comic" .....accepted his viewers were devoured by a pair of vicious bazooka wielding girl scout eating kittens.

Listen up to all of you who still don't get the message xizzy is trying to send! If you want to get in you gotta earn your way in like all the others and not just to get into the comic alone. if you want in try befriend get to know them and get in for friendship not for shameless self promotion. the comic if for the entertainment of of Xizzy her friends and her watchers if you take the time to know her then you would find that she's kind, cool, crazy (in the good way.) girl. If you want to do some shameless self promotion pick up the damn pen and do it your damn self. Indulge in your own freakish masturbation and leave Xizzy alone you lazy bastards! If you all can't take this little piece of constructive criticizium to better yourself then you shouldn't be on the internet in the first place!
I had this problem once, a few years ago. At first it's fun, but then it's like.. auugh too many people! And then people you don't even know and have never talked to before start messaging you to be in it.. and then they start getting pushy... and eventually you just kinda either snap, or abandon the whole project to avoid hurting feelings :c
No its not harsh, its a funny way of telling anoying moochers to piss off. Xiz allready had one page where she alwed some people to show up, I submited a friend rather than myself, but that was all and it was a one time thing. This comic has been planed for a long time and she's not going to change things just because someone wants to get in on her fun. If people can't respect that then they need to just move on and leave Xiz alone.
This is not overreacting, she has been calm for months dealing with moochers begging to be in her comic and quite frankly I'm amazed she's gone this long without fireing off something worse than this. If you can't take this as a little joke than I would advise you to just stop reading her comic as this might happen again or worse if the damn moochers and beggers don't piss off.
I'll admit I would like to be in her comic BUT I'm not going to pester the bloody hell out of her...thats just dumb anyway to beg like that. I had my chans to be in but insted of puting myself in the running for a slot I put a friend in it and she got it, was a one shot deal but hey it was still good.
Exactly. Even if I didn't participate since I was in my last months of College (Work and all), yet I wanted to take part, but couldn't. Begging to be in it would just make me desperate or retarded, I pity these people who said these comments to her... especially the last two, ugh.
They put me on ignore anyway, just show they are even less of a person seeing as they throw a hissy fit just because they were told they were wrong. Saying such things about Xiz work, takeing her off of ther watch list....I have a feeling they wanted to be in the comic and bugged her for some time and she eather told them no or ignored them.
I've delt with someone like him befor..and I don't play around with such things. The other person I'm dealing with has been harrasing a friend for 2 years now here and on DA, saying nasty things about her, violating copyright rules, and just trying to turn everyone agasint her and myself yet the mods have yet to do anything about this person. Hopefully they will do something now seeing as this anoying bigmouth is useing not only your screen names but page links to rant and that is agasint the new FA rules.

I don't think you over reacted. I don't think people realize what a question it is, really. It's really a lot easier said then done and 99% of the time it can't/won't be done. And, personally, I feel very put off when people ask to be in my comic. It's difficult to explain, but I know you know what I mean and I feel you bebe <3
However, this doesn't mean you can't do cameo commissions or short comic commissions of their character's story in wonderland...~ ufu fu fu 9u9

Ah the nerve of some people~ You handled it well, even if others didn't >_> I've always thought it was incredibly rude to ask to be in someone else's comic. I can't say I've never wished, but I'd never dream of asking someone I didn't know to be in their work! That's just crazy!

but i have read it in a few other comics i bleive it was in sluggy at one point and a few others as well as the one on here on fa with the jewish horse tho i belive in his they all got hit by a huge mallet XD its just a funny idea i used to help keep ppl off my back about wanting in my comic.
