Here we have our second dish I made with the instant pot, this one made just today: macaroni and cheese.

((My mom had said she wanted to take this picture while I was cooking but forgot. However, from the color of the inside of the bowl, you should be able to tell that it at least looks passable.))

This one was a bit iffier since, because my mom didn't want to use the recipe from the book (it included Velveeta cheese, which I'm not even sure is real cheese X C )), I instead went with a recipe I found online, which used much fewer ingredients and had a much shorter cook time. Unfortunately, when we tried cooking it the way the recipe recommended, it didn't quite turn out as advertised. Rather than having the pasta come out perfectly steamed, it was boiled and we ended up needing to drain it. We were still able to salvage the dish, however! Might've overdone the cheese at the end, but I'm still proud of how this recipe turned out! I'll definitely consider trying this one again, but next time I might try to plan ahead a little better.
