I absolutely remember seeing this in school. Some sort of horror-fantasy in which a kid in an alley or something is offered a bag of pills from a couple of thugs, but refuses. The thugs become VAMPIRES as pictured in this ID and chase the kid down. I think they even force feed him pills. I assume it was supposed to scare kids away from the perils of illegal drugs, but it made me more afraid of vampires with bags of pills.

I think you just surmised why scare tactics never work.

I REMEMBER THIS. It was part of an anti-drug video I saw way back in middle school.

Actually, this is slightly less insane than it looks - it was intended to be a parody. The whole point of the clip was "Yeah... no. This is NOT how you're going to be offered drugs. It's prooooobably going to be more subtle." Then they showed a much less dramatic clip of a girl being offered some pot by her best friend.

Either way, it wasn't a very effective video. About two thirds of my classmates were potheads by the end of high school :)
