The Kalos region at long last, and here is where I HAD to break my rule of not including unevolved Pokemon because there were just so many designs that were very middle of the road and all of the bad ones outside of the top 2 here are very "meh" rather then "bleh". Seriously, the fact that there WASN'T a lot to pick from means that the low number of pokemon introduced this generation actually HELPED it rather then hurt it. Also, before anyone asks about it, Mega Evolutions will get their own future ranking list done after I've gone through all the different regions.
