One of the newly revealed Generation V starter Pokemon, Tsutaaja. The other two are pretty dapper in my opinion, but this little grass snake thing (with arms and legs nonetheless) quite appeals to me for some reason or another.
But it was definitely missing a top hat, monocle, a cane, and then, of course, that little curly mustache. The moment I saw that thing, I knew it needed some help. Now this would be a worthy starter, good chap.
