the horrible slime monster grabs hold of Damien, Sefra quickly slices the monsters arm off, a sweet nectar like substance gushes from the monster's wound, the smell makes Damien's mouth water, much to the monsters demay it is quickly devoured.

ugh this is gonna be a tough one especially since neither is properly armed to defeat something incorporal like a slime monster...I suppose you could eat it...but it might taste terrible.
