After Linzie saw her friend Juley doing that leg lifting stuff, Linzie decided to do it too and it's didn't go well. Juley been doing this and more flexible because she been training herself all the time since she was little and that's why she a pro on doing the leg lifting. Unfortunately for Linzie, she gonna be sore for a few weeks. She didn't think this through before doing it for the first time. Oh well at least you tried Linzie.
