I found out you can do animation in Photoshop CS 3 so I did.
Consequently now I would like my own copy of CS3.
I've never submitted anything that moves before, so hopefully it works?
It runs slow compared to how it ran in the PS preview even though I set it to "No Delay"...idk.

Oh definitely needs more frames. xD But I can only do this at work, so I can't have it up on my screen very much...so this will do for now. xD
Even one more inbetween frame between the middle and each side would look awesome. xD
