The weird doodles are supposed to be Sasuke and Naruto at a distance.
The quotes are from "Brother from another series", where Bart is stalking Side-show Bob. I thought it went together nicely, lol.
Drawing the this style is quite challenging, lol... Kisame was meant to look ridiclous, but I couldn't quite get it right, so just drew him as a normal Simpsons character.
