Powers & Abilities:
Jack has near superhuman strength, speed, and endurance thanks to being exposed to the Power Aniverse Gem. He wears a pair of fingerless gloves that have sharp blades attached to them, which could slice through even the toughest substance. His tail is almost as sharp as barbed wire, and could leave a nasty sting on his opponents if they're not careful.

Bio:
Not much is known about Jack the Ripper except that he discovered one of the legendary Aniverse Gems while he was a petty thief in Petropolis, California. Upon reaching for it, the Gem began to bond with him, and started corrupting his well being and sanity. Since then, he learned that he was the reincarnation of the legendary killer from London, England, Jack the Ripper, and began killing innocent civilians just for the fun of it. As a result of this, he was responsible for over 666 deaths, including Sacrifice, Murder, Rape, and even Torture.
He was SO insane, that when he was apprehended for his crimes, he was too much for regular prison. So, he was placed in the Petropolis Institution for the Mentally Coo-Coo, but even then, Jack was too much for them to handle. He was then placed in the Institution's Solitary Confinement Wing, and had to be on total lockdown due to his insanity. But, one night, thanks to the Power Aniverse Gem, Jack busted out of solitary confinement, and proceeded to Albatraz Prison, where he busts out six inmates who happen to be Kitty's old classmates from TUFF Academy, Bumpback, Eight-Arm Eddie, Lazer Bug, Appleconda, Benjamin Bearshilde, and Blaire Newton. After offering them over $500,000 and a free membership at Dell Rump-Roast with a villains' discount 50% of all products, Jack had them join him in laying waste to Petropolis on Friday the 13th.
Unfortunately, the timing couldn't be worse for Kitty Katswell. Not only has the rest of Team Katswell gone on vacation, Kitty's instincts were beginning to act up due to the supernatural feel that Friday the 13th gives off. Upon learning about this, Jack and his new "friends" decided to strike at her while she was still weak. So, he lured her to a dark alley in the seedy part of Petropolis, and before Kitty knew it, Jack and his cohorts ambushed her, and proceeded to clobber her. He was so close to killing her when suddenly, General Guar of all people appeared, and rescued her from his evil claws. Kitty couldn't believe that the man who killed her father would save her from a deranged serial killer, but Guar explained that Jack was actually once a well-trusted henchman of his back when he was starting out, and once he got control of the Power Aniverse Gem, Jack tried to kill Guar and take his place as leader of DOOM.
After learning about Jack AND the Aniverse Gem he possessed, Kitty decided that the best way to defeat him was for her to team up with Guar. But, she didn't stop there. Kitty called the Chief, and asked him to send Malika Lavali and Parunsu, Karen Firefox, Thomas Sloth-Bear and Beeswax, Alley Labra, Ivonne Delphidae, Izzy Longhorn, Beau Barker, and Ferenc Kiss to be her substitute Team Katswell. They eventually caught up with Jack and his cohorts, and while Kitty's friends were busy with her ex-classmates, she and Guar went after Jack, and cornered him on a cliff overlooking the ocean. After a fight with him, Jack then committed suicide, and fell off the cliff, and into the ocean, drowning himself. While Kitty and Guar were relieved that Jack was no more, the Power Gem has survived, and is still out there somewhere.

Personality & Traits:
Jack the Ripper was downright insane! He had no compassion for the sick, no regards for furry dignity, and could care less about others just to further his own gain. Some witnesses even claim that he could be the embodiment of Satan himself because his crimes were so twisted and demented, and for the most part they were right. Compared to most other villains that TUFF went up against, Jack's evil deeds DID feel like they could be the work of the Dark One himself.
Jack also had no remorse for even his closest allies. When Guar rescued Kitty before he could kill her, Blaire, Appleconda, Ben, and Eddie all had doubts about him, and believed that he was untrustworthy to be followed into battle. And, when Kitty returned with reinforcements, Jack even tried to bail on them just so he can save his own behind. So, he's basically not one to be trusted.
Because the Power Gem has corrupted his mind so much, Jack doesn't think rationally, and often acts before he thinks, which gave him his terrifying reputation. This has led to his downfall against Kitty and Guar as he lacked the mental discipline and control over his mental state as they did. He actually let the Gem consume him, and it led to his suicidal death in the ocean below. Even though Jack was gone (or is he?), Kitty still has a deep feeling that his spirit will return to seek revenge one day.

Well, that's Jack the Ripper's interpretation for "TUFF: Team Katswell."
