Sweet! :D Bright Heart Raccoon is in this picture. Normally, many people that do not know much about this great raccoon would call him crazy since he has a list of unusual inventions in his book but I believe crazy can be a complement for Bright Heart because he thinks differently from how most normal people would. My guess about this picture is that Bright Heart has shrunken someone with a ray gun that shrinks an intruder. Imagine Beastly being shrunk by Bright Heart's shrinking ray and see what situations the bad guy can endure.
