Shadowtrot is a setting I created based off my love for the Shadowrun setting; shiny cyberpunk chrome crashed against modern magical concepts, and ponies. Equestria in the year 2054 has players portraying mercenaries working in the shadows for various megacorps so they can pay the rent. I am running a campaign in this setting, and my players have all adopted a fairly Robin Hood style of gaming in the world. More power to them. :3

Y'know, despite having had the ruleset and whatnot for years, the only time I ended up actually playing in what amounted to a tabletop setup of Fallout: Equestia, I actually played a non-pony. I was a Hellhound named Rex who... ended up being gay for the only other Hellhound in the party, Popoto (actually Potato, but Rex was about as sharp as a paper bag full of wet mice)...

The Fallout Equestria game I'm in has a Stable earthpony doctor-turned-paladin of Daybreaker, a self-exiled goat barbarian, a gunslinger ghoul unicorn, and a changeling rogue all trying to protect two diamond dog pups from an apparition of Nightmare Moon that wants the pups' blood for a ritual to come back. I think we're toast. XD
