That's it, folks. After 30 straight days of submitting 30... not always straight submissions, I am at last done with my month-long marathon. And, as this last comic might imply, I have all of YOU to thank for giving me the resolve and encouragement to see me through it. :)
... even if I might be a little bit late in doing so. xD (More about that in an upcoming journal entry where I shall go on for paragraphs and paragraphs about what this experience was like and how much I love you all. :) )

You more than deserve your rest my man, as I know you've brought everyone a wonderful smile on their face with your nonstop awesome sense of humour and great style or art, and it's great to hear that this worked out as a learning experience for you, I know I'm definitely looking forward to your future work, once your hand stops screaming "GOT DAMMIT STOP MASTU-... Supremely happy to learn that you so enjoyed this last month, that all my effort was well spent, and that my rendition of Strick hasn't sent you into an isometric rage of unbridled proportions.
Despite my cramped, clawed useless hand, though, I am still writing you this reply, though, as our banter is in the top three most satisfying experiences that can be had using my hand. (Right in between drawing and self-gratification) I'm on some anti-pain medication to numb the pain, although I think that when I cut off feeling in my hands like that, it just causes the spirit inhabiting my hand to gain control on its own again, and it starts... of fuck, here it co... HELP HELP MY NAME IS JONATHAN FRAKES, THIS MAN MURDERED ME IN ORDER TO OBTAIN AN AMPUTEE LIMB TO REPLACE HIS SHOULDER STUMP, THE REST OF MY BODY IS BURIED UNDER THE CHINESE RESTAURANT AT 135 MAPLE DRIVE, POSTAL CODE...

Mouais, merci, c’est vraie que ca y été pas mal fun pour moi aussi… au moins, durant les occasions ou je ne me stressais en attendant a la dernière minute pour m’en trouver quelque chose à dessiner. xD Heureusement, quand tu ne dors pas en attendant que l’inspiration te vienne, les hallucinations commencent à manifester, et éventuellement, une d’entres eux vous donne une bonne idée. :P
C’est a ce moment la, en voyant le jackolope, qu’on sait la situation est devenu sérieuse!

Uh... wait... why is that masseur wearing that leather mask? Is he shy or something? Y'know, I was shy about getting massages, too, but you eventually get used to it... oh, well, it must be his first day... I'll indulge.
What's with that riding crop? Is that a riding crop? Or is that one of those new fancy massage doohickeies they're always coming out with? Okay, sure, let's give it a go.
Uh... are the restraints and shackles really necessary? I know some people tend to squirm during therapy sessions, but I'm pretty good about that. Also, shouldn't I be down on a nice, cushioned table instead of up against this damp stone wall? Look, I'm all for trying out new massage relaxo-therapy techniques, but this is getting a little weird.

Great work, Bioxz! We knew you could do it. I probably would have missed several days. There were a lot of great pictures and great laughs along the way but you certainly deserve some time to yourself. Now you can do 30 days of writing "Scent of his Mate!!"

I don't know what makes me laugh more...how desperately you have to struggle to raise that flag, your expression after doing so, the panel where you decry those who supposedly said this couldn't be done (who's a Phoenix Wright fan? You look like you're getting ready to shout "I object!"), the fly and beard as your month passes, or that final panel of all of us barging in with your "Oh SHIT!" expression.

I have to agree, you've not only shown loads of improvement through all this, but you've shown a lot of interesting variations in the styles and medias you posted. While you need to relax and recover and go back to your own pace (though hopefully not THAT slow), I hope you do do something like this again, or at least do art a little more regularly. If for no other reason than to share your great humor and comic vision with us. :)

Wow... xD Glad almost everything here was such a great hit! :D Honestly, though, I didn't even think of Phoenix Wright as I was drawing this... but yes, yes, YES, I am most definitely a fan, and, it would seem, such a fan that even when I'm not consciously thinking about it, Ace Attorney STILL somehow manages to sneak its way into my everyday expressions. :P
And, as my journal entry suggested, yeah, I think, moreso than improvements on the technical skills and all, I think this experience taught me more about efficiency in art more than anything else. I probably won't be doing marathons again, but I will be opening myself up for commissions, soon... and it's a good thing I got this practice in, because when people are paying you actual MONEY, you want to get the work done both quickly, and efficiently.
Never fear, though, I don't think the creative and humourous spark could be extinguished from me even if someone took a shotgun to my head. *My brain matter would just recollect and reassemble in my head, like that liquid metal from T2. This is also how I survived having my mind blown by your awesome writing.*

LOL! That tends to happen to people who really love something. You can consciously choose to make shoutouts to things, and then people notice stuff you put in subconsciously and they assume it was intentional too...and they refuse to believe you no matter how many times you deny it. :P
Well I can that indeed it did help you improve your efficiency, but I still say it improved your technical skills too. I mean (not to toot my own horn), Kal and many others commented on how incredible the anatomy was on your ass pic of me, particularly compared to the one you'd done before as well as your past work. So you are getting better as well as faster. :)
