When Azrael and Asmodeus reformed, they were back in the library. Asmodeus quickly cloaked Azrael and teleported them back to their alleyway before anyone saw. When Asmodeus let go, he put one hand on his head and laughed lowly. Azrael looked at him in worry.
Before Azrael could say anything, Asmodeus stopped.
"Don't worry, haha!" Asmodeus assured him, "I'm still in control, hehe! There's nothing to be afraid of, heh hee!"
He then cloaked his partner. The cloak could not keep still anymore.
"Let's go! Heh heh!" Asmodeus chortled out.
Azrael quickly dashed off w/ a pained expression.
Asmodeus, why are you lying to me? Why are you lying to yourself? Azrael thought dejectedly.

After another strange light trip, Grey and Cedric reformed in front of Vicky.
"I trust that the mission was successful," Vicky said as she saw the stack of money in Cedrics' hands.
"More or less," Cedric replied.
He then walked off his pad and walked out the door w/ Grey in tow.
I sincerely hope that Daeacrix fellow doesn't screw up the internet further. Vicky thought. If that happens, then I'm screwed.
When Grey and Cedric made it to their room and walked in, Cedric paused.
"Grey," he began slowly, "Can I tell you something? Something that I'd like to keep between us?"
"Uh, yes?" Grey asked, confused.
Cedric put the money in his clothes box and turned back to Grey.
"Ok, listen. You know the money we've been getting from missions?" Cedric asked.
Grey nodded, wondering where Cedric was going w/ this.
"Well, ever since I joined this group, I've been saving the money and stockpiling it for something. Would you like to know what it is?" Cedric asked.
Grey nodded again. Cedric then took a deep breath and exhaled.
"I've been saving up that money so that I can buy a home of my own," Cedric finally said.
Grey gave him a confused look.
"Huh?" he asked, "Isn't this your home, though?"
"Well, yes, but I meant that I'd like to get home for me," Cedric explained, "You might see it as a bit selfish, but I want to live on my own and have my own house/apartment. A place that I could decorate any way I'd like, and I could also have as much space as I needed."
Grey chose to imagine what Cedric spoke. A home where only he existed. A place that could be whatever way he wanted.
"But, wouldn't that be lonely?" Grey asked.
"No, because, for one, I would still keep in contact w/ the other Freelancers, and two, there is something I've wanted to ask for a while..."
"What is it?" Grey asked curiosity peaked.
Cedric then pulled Grey into a hug. Grey, of course, blushingly looked at Cedric.
"When I buy that place, I want you to stay w/ me there," Cedric explained w/ a smile and blush.
Grey looked at him w/ both shock and confusion.
"You don't have to choose whether or not you'll go right now," Cedric said as he let go of Grey, "I'll give you the whole day to think about it."
Cedric then walked out. Grey stood still.
What am I going to do?! He thought. I enjoy being w/ the other Freelancers (except for Pete), but I also love Cedric too much to leave him!
...
For the rest of the day, Grey kept thinking about Cedric's offer. During lunchtime, in which Cedric taught Grey how to make honey-garlic-chicken stir fry (it was a bit more complicated than pizza, but wasn't too hard nonetheless), Cedric kept quiet for the most part. For the rest of the day, all was silent. Aside from the time where Benjamin got drenched in water, and he got into a verbal scuffle w/ Cherry, nothing of interest happened, and that left Grey w/ too much time to think. What was he going to do?! Eventually, the day began to draw to a close. After a dinner of something called "beef stew" (which tasted pretty good), Grey went back to his and Cedric's room to get ready for bed. Cedric went into the room a couple of seconds after.
"So, have you reached a decision?" Cedric asked.
Grey turned to him. He thought the decision over one last time. Then he spoke.
"I've thought your proposition over," Grey said slowly, "I enjoy being here, and I enjoy the people here, but..."
Grey then took a deep breath and exhaled.
"I've decided. I want to go w/ you."
Cedric's eyes widened, and his mouth stretched into a big smile. He then rushed over to Grey and pulled him into a fierce hug.
"You mean it?!" Cedric exclaimed joyously.
"Yes," Grey replied w/ a blush.
Cedric then pulled back a bit but kept his arms around Grey.
"Awesome, because now, I can give you a little something," Cedric said w/ a sly blush.
"Huh?" Grey asked.
Cedric, instead of answering, moved his face closer to Grey. Grey expected a kiss on the cheek, which he would've been down to get. Instead, Cedric slowly hovered his lips over Grey's and pressed into them w/ his own. Words could not describe what Grey felt at that moment. He felt strange, hot, slightly afraid, happy, confused, and AMAZING all in that one moment! Cedric moved arms in a firm but gentle all-around Grey's body. His eyes were closed, and his mouth was something else entirely! His lips moved in a strange yet pleasant way and his tongue pretty much wrestled w/ Grey's own stitched own, though Grey's didn't put up a fight. After a few seconds, Cedric's lips moved away from Grey's, a single strand of spit connecting them.
"Now, THAT was a kiss," Cedric said dreamily.
Grey, instead of responding, closed his eyes and put his head on Cedric's chest. His face was covered in blush and had a big, dreamy smile on it. Cedric, in response, smiled, kept his right arm around Grey, and used his left-hand to press Grey closer.
