Updated my costume with additional bling this year, and went to the town square. It was wonderful! So many friendly people, good music and all sorts of fun. Decided to go into Atomic Candy and have a look-around.

They reacted pretty favorably! A lot of people wanting pictures of the costume or pictures of themselves with the costume, and lots of jokes and friendliness. Even the Preacher Patrol that showed up were more amused than anything.

I am working on a second one for a relative. It will be in greens and silvers, have an aquatic/kelpie theme, and will be built using a sturdy four-wheeled walker, so they don't have to carry any of the weight like I do with mine, which is essentially a large stick-puppet. :)
