Kongbu is a genius at crafting powerful weapons and armor out of iron and Critarium, the strongest metal in the TUFF universe, whether it's ancient Mongolian weapons refurbished for the 21st century or more up-to-date hi-tech weapons like rocket launchers and bazookas. He also practices with said weapons three hours each day, but is mostly skilled at swordsmanship due to his Mongol horde heritage.

Bio:
His name literally translating to "Iron Horse of Terror," Kongbu Tiema is one of China's most dangerous criminal overlords. As the son of an Iron Factory in Beijing, China, Kongbu always wanted to see if iron could be used for something more than just iron frames and bars used for architecture. So, he took up an apprenticeship at his father's factory during high school, and got to work designing weapons for the Chinese military to use out of the sturdiest iron he could find. Unfortunately, when his father observed the designs, he thought they were a bit flimsy for the military to use. So, looking for improvement, Kongbu stumbled upon a mine containing Critarium, a nearly unbreakable metal alloy resembling iron, and took a few samples to improve his weapon designs.
But, when he turned 21, Kongbu discovered from his family records that he was actually a descendent of the Mongol hordes led by Genghis Kahn, and decided to use the Critarium to commit crimes. As a result of this, he killed his own parents so he can take over the iron factory, and converted it to a weapons factory making iron weapons and armor for the highest paying criminal overlords. He even fashioned a piece of iron armor for his right arm based on the armor of gladiators in Ancient Rome, and refurbished his family's own antique Mongol blade for the 21st century. As the years went by, Kongbu's weapons factory became a success in the criminal community, making him the head of China's criminal empire.
One day, he kidnapped the daughter of China's president, and threatened to marry her in a forced marriage if he doesn't pay him 604,598,576,774.95 Chinese Yuan (or 100,000,000,000 US Dollars). However, Team Katswell happen to be vacationing in China when Kongbu kidnapped the Presidents daughter, and ransomed her. After getting permission from the Chinese President, Kitty and the gang immediately went to work in foiling Kongbu's arranged marriage, and rescue his daughter.
After doing a bit of research on Chinese weddings, Kitty decided to have Allison go undercover as the bride to distract the crime boss and his men, while she, John, Dudley, and the rest of the Team sneak in, and rescue the REAL bride in secrecy. Ally couldn't see a thing with the veil over her head, and had trouble walking down the aisle during the ceremony. And, once Kongbu lifted the veil to kiss his "bride," he discovered that Ally had replaced her, and ordered his men to search the entire perimeter for her. Once the rest of Team Katswell got the President's daughter to the safety of his helicopters, Kongbu eventually caught up with them, and recognized Kitty as the daughter of legendary TUFF agent, Sean Connery Katswell. Afterwards, Kitty and Kongbu fought it out, and he proved to be a challenge for her because of his tough metal weaponry. But, Kitty was able to defeat Kongbu, and rightfully put him behind bars for his heinous crimes. He has since hated Kitty and Team Katswell ever since, and still vows to keep the savage nature of his ancestors alive even in the 21st century.

Personality & Traits:
Kongbu is very ruthless and uncaring towards everyone he meets, even his own men. This is mostly due to his Mongol heritage, and him being obsessed with trying to bring it into the 21st century. He's also very persuasive, making others believe anything he tells them, but he mostly just prefers to force his beliefs onto others in order to maintain social dominance.
Because of his recent forced wedding to the Chinese President's daughter, Kongbu is definitely not the ideal boyfriend for any chick out there. In fact, Kongbu is very sexist, believing that women can't be put on the same level as men in terms of power. However, having his plans foiled by a female cat made him think otherwise, but he hates Kitty for crushing his beliefs.
Kongbu is also into karaoke, and he can actually sing very well. If there's a karaoke contest present in the Chinese town in which his factory is located, he doesn't hesitate to sign up, and belt out some tunes. But, Kongbu always maintains a ruthless demeanor, and stop at nothing to make sure that his Mongolian heritage stays around for years to come.
