Up next in the Team Katswell Character Guide is another one-shot bad guy from the episode "Dog Dish," with a redesign that I quite like, Kung-Pow Chicken.

Powers & Abilities:
Kung-Pow is a skilled ninja warrior, mastering various ninja stealth attacks and weaponry. He wears steal talons on the ends of his toes to help him grip onto the walls better when climbing, or add an extra level of damage to his kicks. His ninja weaponry includes a pair of drumstick nunchakus (two chicken legs attached via chain), and a katana sword with a hilt that resembles a chicken finger.

Bio:
As a young chick, Mitsubishi Clucku was a student of the Clucku Ninja Clan of Assassins, one of the Four Clans of Ninja Families of Japan. His clan was made up of chickens who underwent a rigorous training regime to not let things like things like fast food restaurants, barbeque sauce, or the state of Kentucky phase them, and wield special ninja weapons based on what chickens are usually afraid of. Mitsubishi was one of the clans finest students, and demonstrated such amazing ninja skills to his masters. Eventually, he was made the Clucku Clan's new Shogun, and he couldn't be more proud of his accomplishments.
However, as Mitsubishi grew older, he saw dark potential in his family's teachings of the ninja ways. So, he then turned most of the Clucku Clan into a criminal syndicate, and began training more and more chickens in the art of theft and assassination. In time, Mitsubishi began to relish in his newly-found criminal ways, and now calling himself "Kung-Pow Chicken," terrorized all of the Japanese islands, and eventually began planning to spread his evil ways all across the world.
But, Kung-Pow's attempts to conquer the whole world kept getting thwarted by a rival ninja clan, the Batsu Clan, led by Kimiko Batsu's father, Shigeru. He has developed a deep hatred towards the Batsu Clan, and became obsessed with trying to wipe from existence so that his Clan would reign supreme in all Japan. It also didn't help that TUFF's Japanese wing, the Japanese Undercover Fighting Force, and their top agents, Whitnee Squirrel and the rest of Team Shinobi, have interfered with his plans as well. Kung-Pow became so angry with both opposing parties throwing a monkey wrench in his plans that he vowed not to rest until he removes them both from the equation.
Kung-Pow eventually encountered the daughter of his enemy, Kimiko Batsu, when she, Kitty, John, Niles, and Stan came to Japan as part of an Agent Exchange Programme to learn more about the different cultures that each agency of TUFF has all over the world. They, along with half of Team Shinobi, found out about Kung-Pow Chicken and his criminal empire when he ordered his guards to kidnap Team Shinobi members Hayai Bunny and Shizu Siam, and tickle tortured them into revealing the others' location. With the help of Kimiko's family clan, Kitty and the others were able to rescue Hayai and Shizu, and Kung-Pow finally came face to face with Kimiko. Atop the rooftops of Kung-Pow's shrine, he and Kimiko faced off, only to have Kimi defeat him with honor, as she said. Afterwards, he was arrested by Japanese authorities, but Kung-Pow swore vengeance against Kimiko, and won't rest until his clan was superior to hers.

Personality & Traits:
Kung-Pow Chicken is very ruthless and cunning, and is always ready to commit any crime at any time. He shows no mercy to his opponents, and has no compassion for the weak and helpless. He's also a brilliant tactician, always coming up with plans to commit any crime from the shadows, and leave no evidence that he or his fellow warriors did it. So, Kung-Pow's a ruthless fighter, and a sneaky tactician at the same time.
However, Kung-Pow is very flexible when it comes to working with other criminals. His brilliant strategies in criminal activities often make him a popular crook for hire amongst most criminal masterminds like Birdbrain and Ripclaw. He IS willing to offer his services to the highest bidder, but he demands that they keep his Clan's ninja ways a secret from the general public.
But, Kung-Pow tends to be a little reckless at times, and he gets angry whenever his Clan's name is besmirched or poked fun at (usually by members of the other three ninja clans). He takes great pride in his family and clan, and wants the whole world to know that he's the best warrior around. He also doesn't let fried chicken phase him, but he doesn't like when people eat it in front of his face.

Well, that's Kung-Pow Chicken's interpretation for "TUFF: Team Katswell."
