There are two types of TF costumes. First ones are fused with wearer' skin and could be removed, if somebody knows how to (it could be VERY complicated), to return its victim to humanity.
The second ones are morphing wearer into a proper animal form then release him (usually skinny to grew fur later). They are, of course, totally permanent. I would like it more, because it allows to animalize many humans by just one costume. =^.^=
