"Can't sleep... thinking about him..." 💞💞

Damien likes to play tough but inside he's a soft pupper with a big heart and lots of feelings, too many feels.
_{(Fun fact: This is also why sometimes his love interest calls him a "marshmallow puppy" and Damien absolutely hates it, or at least he pretends to hate it. He only wants cool and manly pet names, but all he gets is "marshmallow puppy"? How lame!)}

I came across this sloppy doodle again while going through my older digital art files. It's from last July and I posted it on twitter back then 'cause it was kinda cute, so I thought why not throw it over here as well. It was one of those many random little things I start doodling on the side when I'm supposed to be working on some other main drawing. It happens all the time with both digital and traditional art, I get distracted a lot and sooner than I know instead of getting any proper work done on a project I want to focus on and finish, I end up with tons of messy doodles instead. And usually one doodle naturally leads to a sequence of storyboard-like sketches 'cause I need to play out the whole scene in my head and then get it down on paper as fast as possible while it's still fresh in my memory. It's like writing down notes but instead of writing text I draw pictures of the "movie scenes" I see playing in my head. Now I'm just rambling, *cough* anyways...
