Age: 400 (although the essence she gained from her crystal makes her look 21)

Powers & Abilities:
Being the Queen of Petsylvania, Malmsteen usually has her little Bat Buddies, and or her royal guards or henchmen do her dirty work for her. She's a master manipulator, and uses her flirtatious charms to lure men to their doom. But, when she DOES have to fight, she's very skilled in the use of Medieval weaponry like swords, Halberds, and crossbows, and knows a variety of magic spells.

Bio:
Elizabeth Tepes Malmsteen was born in the 17th century in the monstrous city of Petsylvania, Romania, which is considered by many to be "The World's Largest Pet Cemetery." She is the vain queen of it all, and has been keeping the title for over 400 years. She did not always look attractive. When she was younger she was actually quite ugly. It was not until she got a hold of a crystal that drained the essence from other women that she discovered a way to make herself look attractive and desirable. This crystal gave her a taste for essence and she abandoned the ways and habits of vampires: giving up blood in the process.
Over the years, Malmsteen has been kidnapping young women all over the world, and draining them of their essence so she can stay young and beautiful forever. However, her immortality has made her lonelier since she never found a king to rule by her side. Many bad guys (and maybe even girls) have tried to win her affection, but have come up a little short since they didn't meet her expectations. She mostly prefers to remain single throughout her eternal life, but her great beauty has made her popular with the guys, even IF she uses them just to get what she desires.
But then, during the 21st century, Malmsteen has discovered that a city in California called Petropolis has a handsome criminal named Jack Rabbit, and decided that he could be of use for her criminal career. So, she journeyed to the city, and formed an alliance with him while he was in prison. He offered half of his gang of criminals to her if she could help him and his cohorts escape from prison. The escape was a success, and Malmsteen personally picked Iggy Spikes, Hinge-Jaw Gator, Poison Archer, Dr. Mandarin, Slither Jacket, and Dread Wolverine to assist her in her crusade in crime throughout Petropolis.
Malmsteen then learned about the Miss Petropolis Pageant, and saw that the contestants were perfect for her essence-draining crystal. So, under the guise of the supervillain Shadow Shroud, she ordered her henchmen to kidnap Team Katswell's butler, Rocky, as he was a judge for the pageant, and hypnotized him into being behind the kidnappings to take the heat off of her. So, Kitty, Allison, and Kimiko went undercover as contestants to uncover the mystery of these kidnappings. Once they were nabbed, Malmsteen saw that Kitty's feline instincts made her essence really special, and if she drank, she could have Kitty's skills. So, naturally, she had Kitty be drained first, but she resisted long enough for John, Dudley, and the rest of the boys (along with Keswick) to come in, and rescue them.
As Keswick led the contestants to safety, Malmsteen revealed herself to Team Katswell, only to have Rocky take the blame for her actions. But, a few days after the pageant, the Team discovered that it was a red herring, and that Malmsteen WAS behind everything all along. Since then, Malmsteen has developed a deep hatred for Kitty, and won't rest until she has her feline essence drained and hers to possess.

Personality & Traits:
Malmsteen is selfish, vain, and sometimes acts a bit childish whenever she doesn't get what she wants. She basically grew up as a petite and stately woman with well versed etiquette, and was primmed to be proper most of the time, however. She likes to be known for her attractive nature, and being seductive and charming. Malmsteen LOVES being called "beautiful," and "sexy."
Even though she considers Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell her greatest enemies, Malmsteen has developed a deep and mutual respect for them, making them worthy opponents to her. There have been times where she would risk her own life to save them, or help them defeat a more powerful foe (mostly because she wants the pleasure of doing it herself). As for her relationship with Jack, Malmsteen has grown attached to him overtime, but she thinks he's not perfect enough to be "her king." She still enjoys his company, as well as the company of her own henchmen.
Even though she lives off her father's prestige, Malmsteen HATES her family, especially her half-sisters Camilla and Mina, and her cousin Count Bloodbath. The only member of her family she actually loved was her grandmother, who gave her a priceless necklace made from her essence-draining crystal as a present before passing away. She also treats her little Bat Buddies as her own children, and they return their love for her.
As far as weaknesses go, Malmsteen's got the typical vampire stuff: wooden stakes, garlic, sunlight, Holy water, silver, etc. But, she also seems to suffer from a sense of loneliness, too. Because she tends to attract villainous scum, and most men see her selfish, evil side, she gets rejected, and often sulks to herself for a while. Nevertheless, she's still a menacing queen, and will stop at nothing to get what she wants.
