What are you doing?! Exercise kills! Literally, the whole "marathon" thing, the messenger who that run is based on reached the city, gasped out "victory!" And keeled over. I tell that story whenever someone tries to get me "motivated" to get out of the lair and do something... Ugh, "sporty".
