I live in an apartment complex on the second floor, and I don't have a balcony. When I was first scoping out apartments and prices in this area, they took me all the way up to this really nice one, and tried to wine and dine me into signing an expensive contract. I don’t drink wine (and I don't know how to politely decline it when they’re already handing it to me), but I sure do enjoy the view when I’m given the opportunity. As nice as it all is, I spend most of my time staring at computer screens, and I can always just take flight when I want a view like this. So, I went with the cheaper option. Besides, if I stick my head out my second floor window, I can talk face to face with Ardhan when he comes over!
