Liana couldn't stop smiling, today is Cosmia's 16 birthday and she has a very special gift for her. Liana has watched Cosmia grow from the helpless baby she found into a strong young woman, living with the Hewa has not been easy on her. Constantly looked down upon and openly hated, not the environment to raise a child that was not a Dralic and worse a Kamina! But with Liana's love and guidance as well as some invisible help from the Guardians, Cosmia grew into a happy and cheerful girl, strong enough to fight back against the hatred and making a name for herself among the Hewa just like her mother. So it was with great pride and joy that Liana gifted her daughter the Oblivion Tears, a special capsule of Oblivion source that has been passed down from Liana's family for generations. Since the Hewa can't naturally have children and resort to stealing eggs from other Dralics the Oblivion Tears is meant to connect the family through the Oblivion Source. Cosmia may not have bathed in the Oblivion Source but the Oblivion Tears is proof that she is a member of Liana's family and a proud Hewa in her eyes.

The ripples this gift will cause will be felt very strongly by the Elders as not only is a sample of the Oblivion Source out there but it's in the possession of a non-Dralic and a Kamina no less!
