Oliver/Octane's confidant path in Persona 5 would revolve around him opening up to Ren about how he's always felt like he's been boiled down to a single trait and how hard he's been working to help build a life with his dad there in Japan. Oliver sees it as the second time his family had to start over; the first behind when his mother was killed.

Over time, Oliver begins to properly see that the community in Yongen-Jaya doesn't see him as 'The American', but rather, see him as family.

When you successfully do so, his Ultimate Persona unlocks: Sutekh, Trickster of the Desert.
