Shalone, you started watermarking too?, Well, it's your decision, but I believe that can only make your art less enjoyable. To prevent a few people from copycatting, you make your work substantially uglier; I don't think it's a worthy trade off.

I kinda agree with you on the watermark thing taking away from the beauty of the picture but that is her choice. If she wants to do that then I say fine. Oh, Shalonesk, nice pic. Nice to see Rapture and Zonoya together even if it is just briefly. I expect the next few spyro related pics will feature a return to the old Malefor and Zonoya theme while Rapture is relegated to the background yet again. Are you still sure about that choice you made a few months ago about not letting me do a story on Rapture? I mean, you aren't really doing anything with him and he is a pretty much a useless character in your current comic storyline. Sorry, for pestering you but I think the point I am making is quite valid. Zonoya has been the center of attention since your comic started while Rapture hasn't... and that is fine. That is your choice but working on fleshing out all your characters will make the series better. As for Rapture, to be honest, he has been mostly Zonoya's sidekick since the series began and even with his recent promotion to King Rapture he is still not being used much. Then again why do I even bother...? Just resurrect Malefor and let Zonoya have him considering that is who she really wants.

This is ZONOYA'S Revenge. So, yeah.. it would focus on ZONOYA. :|

True, the series is ZONOYA'S Revenge but that doesn't mean the secondary characters should just get ignored or not developed. Zonoya, the main character, is made better by having more developed back-up cast. That is just fact and by the way this is an opinion coming from a writer so I do know what I am talking about. As for me being upset with the story, not everyone has to love it or be satisfied with it. By the way, no disrespect intended but I can read and comment on this series if I want to. My opinions should be respected just as much as yours and everyone elses so please try to be nice. I say this because to be blunt, I have no intention of just going away and I intend to speak my mind if i have an issue with this series and if I see ways SK can improve her storytelling skills. And there are many ways this series can be improved upon. No story is ever 100% perfect and that is an honest fact. My own series of stories are constantly being revised and improved upon. In fact the storyline I have worked on so diligently for the upcoming Spyro: LOA aka Legacy of Ages films has taken over 3 years to flesh out and it is still be tweaked even though all 3 films are currently in production.

The reason I made a big issue about Rapture is because whether you agree with me or not he is suppose to be the second most important character in this series next to Zonoya, not to mention he is her mate and king for pete's sake. Don't you think it makes sense to flesh him out and develop him to a level that is equal to that of Zonoya herself. And not just that, but don't you think it would be good idea to also take the time to actually flesh out details on Rapture's race, the Birdons and various other things like the ages of all the characters and what happend to other key characters from LOS which SK has based this fanseries storyline of hers on. You can disagree with me all you want and have a negative opinion of me but it will never change the fact that what I am saying is correct because I KNOW and have experience in this area of storytelling. A comic is only as good as its story. It doesn't matter how well-drawn the comic is or how much effort is put into the graphics. If the story is weak or flawed then it will effect the overall quality of the whole final product because the story is one half of that final product. SK has created truly amazing characters in her series but she has to take the time to develop them and make sure they are believable. She also has to remember that the original characters like Spyro and Cynder along with any of the other OFFICIAL GAME CHARACTERS have to be kept in character no matter what. You can't just bring in your fan characters and have them outshine the originals just because they are YOUR characters because ultimately in the long run it will cheapen the whole story and undermine its quality. I know how easy it is to forget this fact because I have found myself doing it as well in my own series and I because of that I have had to go back and corrent myself. That is not a fun exercise but it is an necessary one if you want to maintain consistence in your series. Your fan characters can standout and have their moment in the spotlight but not at the expense of undermining the intergity of the original characters by having them act out of character or contridict their own known histories. If that happens then they are only who they are in name only. Now I could go on and make detailed analysis of all the flaws that exist in the Zonoya's Revenge series and ways to correct them but why bother... it isn't my series. I can only express my opinions and let the chips fall where they may. The rest is up to SK herself.

However, before I go I just want to say one thing to Cokuruscana... please don't try and tell me what to do or ask me why I do things the way I do them. All you need to know is I have my reasons and I keep them to myself. Thank you and good day.

That issue is resolved, Heratio1000. I am going to do the Rapture's Tale series minus using Rapture. I already had nameless character that I created nearly 3 years ago for the part of Rapture. I explained my original idea to SK and she told me no so I told her about the backup idea and she pretty much had no problem with it so that is what I am going to use for the Rapture's Tale series. So before you or anyone thinks I stole Rapture let me inform you that no I didn't. The character named Rapture in my upcoming series is a Dracogriff not a birdon and there are many other differences. He is a warrior and leader of his people. The only thing he has in common with Rapture in the Zonoya's Revenge series is that he is a tech head but that is where the similarities end...

So be on the lookout for Spyro: Legacy of Ages: ORIGINS: Rapture's Tale in July....
