decided to update my character, scout, since i started working on her story a bit and i wanted to dabble in dog genetics to make it realistic, but all the characters are very much so /not/ realistic, so they need a fresh coat of paint. i also wanted to try out this semi-realistic style so i used her as practice :P

this is a FARRR cry from her original design, but it is more accurate considering her breed, german spaniel, a lot of the other characters in the same universe will look vastly different when i get around to redesigning them too, aside from a few features i'm keeping.

edit; i also didn't realize how small german spaniels were and then remembered that i had originally made her a german pointer/spaniel cross, so i based her size and docked tail entirely on pointers without realizing it ajkhdfjkbnmfsvcx. oh well we'll just say she's /based/ on the german spaniel and leave it all open to interpretation
