I need to brush up on my forshortening. That and shading... I always have cool poses, but I suck at proportions in movement. lol I had one character in a jump similar to this, but my horrible shading and forshortening work made it look like he was crossing his legs mid-jump! XD

ARGH! this reminds me I really need to practice my foreshortening skills (woefully lacking)

But you not needing more deer characters? Lies. You're the only person that can get me to like deer! You simply do them the best, hands down.

Lastly, I love the faint texture you put on image. with that and the softened colors, it looks like watercolor. Very well done!

this is the exact pose Ive tried to pull of so many times and failed o_O
nicely done with the foreshooting and general flow of the picture as it doesnt look rigid at all
