steamfox sent me a Christmas box and Christmas card, which I opened right after I'd had my (large) Christmas brunch, so I was in precisely the right frame of mind for the above silliness. Fans of Reggie Buckhorn will note that he found this truth out the hard way, too.

This is one of the topics of furgonomics you don't see too often.
But seriously, to get around it, he'll have to get a button-up sweater.

Fred Rogers-style sweater to be sure. My other bit of deer sartorial topic is how you get a hat on a deer. And fitting trousers for furs with different kinds of tails would no doubt tax the ingenuity of Brooks Brothers. Especially if you had to figure out a way so that the pants could come off in a hurry.
Oh, now, don't tell me you weren't thinking that.

You don't see much hats on my characters for that very same reason. I used to do the "ear holes" thing, but what if it rains?
That said, I do like this work around for getting hats over antler but still if it rains...worries and problems.
I sometimes get bogged down in the details and end up doing nothing....

That's true and I do enjoy seeing a vixen, lioness, tigress, etc. with their beautiful tails (literal, not figurative) for the world to see. I guess I've always thought it was odd, though, that a bipedal creature would have or need a tail which is the biggest reason I've always imagined my "anthros" as being tailless. Of course, I've got a couple of characters that do have tails, though. You can see them in my gallery.
