KH Christmas (Tangled) Forest of Flower Slides
What to say about the Tangled World....
It was very...pretty hehehe.
Yeeeeaaahhh...
But seriously, the world from Tangled was actually pretty cool! Sure, it was very naturey in setting, which was still cool and vibrant, but it also followed Rapunzel's journey to her home (and heritage) quite well!
Yeah, seeing the back-to-back with her leaving home from the first time compared to the movie was on point heh.
And I loved those little fun segments like the lake and the birds and flowers you do with her that really made you connect on a personal level with her journey.
And it is quite a journey, because the world IS big, or rather long. You spend a good amount of time in forest, mountain, and marshes...and the kingdom itself is visitable in part along with it's inhabitants...featuring a...erm...dance moment.
I had two left claws for that getting thrusted in so quickly heh. Fun though heheh. Ooooh, and the fight with the reapers during the festival!
That was probably the best background for a fight in that world, and probably most of the others as well. Too bad it was just for one battle and we don't get to see it again...
Speaking of something we don't get to see again...while Tangled's world is expansive, fun, and on point story-wise...it suffers from a rather bizarre after-world effect. While it makes sense in one context, game-wise it's quite a change.
At the end of Tangled's story, both in movie and game, Rapunzel loses her golden long hair. This doesn't mean too much in the movie...but in KH3, it means she PERMANENTLY is removed from the party. That's right...this is the rare instance that you will NOT get a character to be on your party in a world you visit. So, if you want to enjoy her being in the group, don't finish the world....though I believe you HAVE to to continue on with the KH story.
Don't worry though! You'll still have...Flynn...er...Eugene
....somehow that seems like a detriment....
Anyway, overall, Tangled was a great, vibrant world to explore, not to mention one of the biggest. I didn't think much of the Tangled movie to be honest, though it had an interesting concept behind the hair, but it's showcase in KH3 makes it a worthy addition.

I'm playing KH3 right now and I agree that her world was long, and that all of it was traveling through the areas of the forest just to get to the kingdom. As for being the longest I have to say that Frozen is also another long journey world and where I am currently gamewise. Just hooked up with Elsa's ice giant and heading to rescue her.
My playthrough is also going to be longer as I'm trying to craft the Ultima weapon before finishing the story. Though it will only be useful for the last world and the final boss, it'll make it easier and not to mention more epic.

Oooh! A current player! Nice! Had to wait to wait for my playthrough after a year or so because of reasons, but nice to see others still having a (new?) experience! Oh right, heheh, Frozen's world, we'll get to that one, and yeah, it's quite the contrast to Tangled's, having similar base attributes to it, but still a fun and interesting world!
Oooooh man, that Ultima...Az actually helped me out with that one, mostly when it came to the moogle postcards...
....so....many....singular...purchases...of potions....
Oh right, you knew the trick to getting more cards heh heh.
Well, found it out. Still had to put them in...and honestly, I can NOT remember when I got that piece of Orchilum+...must've been hitting the X button too many times and it flashed by....
Thanks for that buddy! It was worth it though, for the most ultimate keyblade in the series!....boy...needed that for the super boss....
Yes...you...did.
