Blizzard Canyon is similar to Windswept Forest but super cold but the wind shifting is WAY more managable at different areas...you're welcome.

Winds are always blowing strong at Blizzard Canyon. Always above 50 mph with gusts of 120 mph. The highest recorded wind at Blizzard canyon is 300 mph winds at the edge of the cliff. The closer you are to the cliff, the stronger the wind will push you back. There is a very powerful updraft in the canyon itself. If you jump down, the wind will push you back up before you even get close to reaching the bottom. It will be like a vertical wind tunnel.
