Kitty: Alright, everyone! Before we move on to the finals, let's unmask the three singers that didn't make the cut, starting with the Jester. Let's see what the panels' first impression guesses were, shall we?
*The TUFF Troopers go down into the underground vault, and retrieve the panel's first impression guesses for the Jester. They return to the stage with them, and Kitty begins to read them out.*
Kitty: Alright. Here are the first impression guesses for the Jester. And, just like with Joey Wheeler as the Rat, they were all from the franchise. (clears throat) They are as follows...
Terry's first impression guess: Mario.
Cadence's first impression guess: Luigi.
Fred's first impression guess: Wario.
Isabelle's first impression guess: Waluigi.
Kitty: Well, that about does it for the first impression guesses. Let's see who's right and who's wrong as we...
Everyone: TAKE IT OFF! TAKE IT OFF! TAKE IT OFF! TAKE IT OFF!
Jester: (removing his mask, revealing himself to be Waluigi)
Kitty: Oh my God! It's Waluigi!
Isabelle: (clapping) I knew it!
*A TUFF Trooper comes on stage with Waluigi's hat, and he grabs it, and puts it back on.*
Kitty: Waluigi made his debut in "Mario Tennis" for the Nintendo 64, where he was pretty much created for the sole purpose of being a doubles partner for Wario. As you can tell from his thin, lanky appearence, elongated features, and his name, he's pretty much meant to be a meaner version Mario's brother Luigi.
Waluigi: Yeah, except I'm much better looking than he'll ever be! ;)
Kitty: But, since then, Waluigi's been showing up in various Mario spin-offs like "Mario Party," "Mario Kart," and all the various Mario sports titles. However, he's never appeared in any of the main Mario games, and not even in the Wario Land or WarioWare games! But, regardless of that, Waluigi's become a fan favorite in the Mario community, and was even the most highly-requested character to be in Super Smash Bros. for quite some time.
Terry: Oh, I think I remember. He got shut out in favor of the Piranha Plant instead! Oh, I should've connected the dots!
Waluigi: Yeah! I've been stuck as an Assist Trophy ever since Brawl! Geez, Sakurai! Couldn't you just gimme a chance?!?
Cadence: Well, dare to dream. ;P
Waluigi: Not helping. -_-
Fred: But, what was the DDR clue all about? Y'know, the one you pulled out of your present during the Christmas special?
Waluigi: Mario got his own Dance Dance Revolution game called "DDR: Mario Mix," and I was featured as the main antagonist in the game's story mode. It wasn't much, but at least it gave me an air of power for once. ^^
Fred: Oh, I see.
Cadence: Well, you look like you could use some exercise on it, Freddy boy. (pokes Fred's belly) Prehistoric life is making you soft. ;P
Fred: Oh, you're a real comedienne, Cadence. >: (
Kitty: Well, not only does Waluigi have some sick dance moves, but he's got pipes, too. Why else would he have made it to the final six?
Isabelle: Yeah, Waluigi! You've got a great voice.
Waluigi: Yeah, I guess I do. (gets an idea) Hey, maybe that can be another cool idea for a Mario spin-off! I call it "Mario Karaoke Party," and you can sing-along with the Mario cast to various songs! But, right now, I still want my own game, and maybe my appearance on the Masked Toon Singer can make the bigwigs at Nintendo change their minds, and gimme the respect I deserve!
Isabelle: Maybe. But, don't get your hopes up.
Kitty: I agree, Isabelle. And, since you got Waluigi right, you get another point, extending your lead, and making you one step closer to winning the "Golden Toon Ear Trophy." Now, we have two more contestants to unmask, and send back to their universe before we move on to the final round. But, for now, let's give it up for the artist formerly known as the Jester, Waluigi! (gives Waluigi a microphone)
