As strange as it might seem, especially after the last one, this one was done completely without reference. I wanted a pose that wasn't just standing upright and so I drew that S-curve of the spine, intending it to only be as a reference for me. Then drew the tail and used it to try and draw the outline of the body and decided I actually liked the way it was looking with the line in place. And so I kept the sketch-lines as they were and didn't try to ink like I normally do.
