Bio: Frankfort loves strong gale force winds, windstorms, and tornadoes. Like Florence, Frankfort can talk to winds and even has a wind spirit called Funnel. Unlike Florence, he's not afraid to be in the city but has a very difficult time making friends. He also owns his own farm which is 20 miles northern from the city, he even has his pet bass and tuna at his pond. Frank met Florence one time at a warehouse store to fetch a big tank of water and food. Frank was nice enough to pay the propane gas and corn rice for Florence since she was short on hard cash and didnt want to take credit cards. The two are still trying to get along though.
