The strange thing for me is I have a major intolerance to curry...but not to the capsaicin (the stuff that makes it spicy)....to the turmeric (the stuff that makes it and yellow mustard yellow).
Weirder still...I can straight-up eat a ghost pepper and aside from feeling a bit warm be totally fine. Ghost peppers taste sweet. Sweeter then bell peppers.
