14/01/2021. This one is kind of similar to a piece I did for Art Fight, though part of it was that I wanted to practice this particular pose. As I drew it I remembered a discussion I had with a friend who taught me almost everything I know about kitsune back when I was a teenager. He told me there were 13 kitsune tribes based on various elements, and I eventually settled on being a river kitsune since I've always kind of associated myself with the water element.

It's getting harder to find time to do these daily sketches, but I'm glad I'm keeping up with them. It's been a great way to practice my character in different poses, hopefully he's looking more consistent these days too.
