When you trust someone you can feel safe to do something for them without bothering to ask "why" or feel the need to double check. When you're gullible you never think to ask anything, despite the fact you probably should. So I guess being Gullible is more akin to "blind faith" or "blind acceptance".

I have people in my life that I know I can trust in some areas… while in others they've shown me that I put too much faith in them, thus I "trust" that I can't trust them when it comes to those particular things. However, it took me falling for their tricks to realize how gullible I was. Ya know?

Trust is earned through repitoire

I'm really happy about that. To me he kind of felt out of place. A perfect boyfriend in a world of believably flawed characters. Like Tessa not always reading people too well and Manda having bullying tendencies.
I like seeing him be somewhat cute and the lower one in social power. He is above Star but still below Tessa.

I still think though he's the weakest character. My favorite is Manda as I can really relate to her having sadistic and bullying instincts yet also having a kind heart that keeps those in check. Not to mention she has some of the best expressions.

I really wish I could find my very own Martin, he seems so nice and perfect!

I forgot how Tessa could be... well... terrific. Never mess out with Aunty Tessa.

I love Tessa! You describe her as "...a character who likes to be in control but doesnt find the nurturing part of the whole AB thing particualrly appealing, she's sorta just looking to exert control and thrives on the more humiliation dom/sub dynamic than the maternal instincts ... a practical person who doesnt really have any empathy, she's very matter of fact and just likes being the powerful one and she doesnt really have any issues with any of that", but who does she represent to you Star? As a masochist and submissive, I find her personality to be the most attractive of any character I've ever seen in a comic. I know a lot of people swoon over Martin, representing your husband, but I've been most excited by Tessa's recent development.

In a way, Aunty Tessa, when paired with Mama Manda, creates a balance between both sides of parenting/caretaking. Of course, it does help that Tessa is in SAS, and you never want to annoy anyone in those units 😹😹😹

In a way, Tessa and Manda represent two sides of the same coin. They both have some qualities of my ex, who could run very...hot and cold, she did some really amazing things with me but also did some pretty terrible things to me too. Tessa also has a healthy dose of a friend I used to know back when I was first starting out in this whole journey who...was a friend but also felt...I dunno..dangerous.

For the story I needed a third carer type figure, someone a bit more brutal and more dominant in a power way rather than persuasive way. A ying to mandas yang who could also act as the errr instigator for this scene specifically because it's not in character for manda/lure/martin or star to really do something as extreme as this.

I don't know I'm fairly easy going but if you mess with those I love I will make your life painful for at least a day

Oof... I feel that backstory. I had plenty of characters representing that one to know what happened to make him into a pacifist.

Drugging him seems kind of superfluous. Just the blackmail alone would have been enough. Unlike Star Tessa is not all that secretive about her ABDL interests (or at least she doesn't appear to be) and is not so easily intimidated.
