It's a picture of his OC, Goldie Fox, as her superhero persona, Quick Vixen, getting hypnotized by one of her enemies: Madame Hypnotica. Hypnotica is essentially hypnotizing Quick Vixen in hopes of slowing her down so it would easier for her to fight her. But, it could also seen as Hypnotica putting Quick Vixen within her power, and making her commit her various crimes for her, essentially taking the heat off of her. She really is a sneaky villainess, isn't she?
