Patreon Activity - January 2021
*phew* January was quite the month! Super busy and productive in the first half then I literally crash on the 15th day. I caught the flu once or twice that took me out of commission for at least a week worth of days. In the final week I had to work extra days at my newspaper job to fill in for another employee who came down with Covid. Bookstore job was also extremely busy on the one day per week I go in for that. @.@
But despite that, I look to be getting back on track with things for February! I still have a stockpile of 6 pictures ready to post and half a dozen pictures in progress nearly completed.
January saw two new members of my cast officially added, Nayomi the Vaporeon, sister to Ambyrn the Flareon who also plays in her band with an electric violin. Ulu’Lania the Alolan Raichu, Hammer of the Gods, was also finalized.
I am doing a good deal of behind the scenes things with my world in terms of character development. I’m trying to find some time to write one or two stories to help develop the world. I definitely want to make that a thing this month to make progress on.
As for the polls, one thing is different this month. The growth poll will not be a picture alternate set this time but rather a double picture or comic sketch showing the growth. I figured Volvautia transforming into her mega form would be a very good choice for these as this doesn’t work well with the typical picture alt style.
Also, the polls excluding one were extremely close. 3 came down to the final voter to decide the winner. >3>
More big things await in February, look forward to that!
The theme for most of the doodles this month was having characters doing their duties in the world!
