Powers & Abilities:
Lockjaw has near-superhuman strength and has a bite strong enough to penetrate even the sturdiest of materials. Despite looking downright savage, Lockjaw is actually quite a thinker, and pinpoints any weak points on his opponents to deliver a striking blow to them. He can also run pretty fast using his massive claws as cleats to get good traction on the surface he's running on.

Bio:
Orphaned as a young pup when his parents were killed in a plane crash, the pup who would become known as Lockjaw fled from his grandparents' house out of pure sadness, and wound up living in the Petropolis junkyard, away from society. Forced to live off the land, he learned how to be tough and rugged, even going so far as to scare a couple of raccoons away just for his dinner. But, he didn't just learn brutality from living in the junkyard, though. Thanks to finding some old books, he basically educated himself, making him quite intelligent and well-spoken for a junkyard monster. After a while, he forgot about his family, and embraced his new lifestyle as a monster.
One day, when a couple of garbage men came to the junkyard to dump some trash onto his home, he got the notion that they were trespassing on his turf, and attacked them. During the struggle, he bit one of them in the butt, and it was SO deep, it almost tore right off. After they ran off, he began to feel some regret, and made a makeshift muzzle to keep his savage bite in check. Eventually, the media got word of his attack, and decided to dub him as "Lockjaw," because of the bite he left on one of the garbage men. When he learned about this, he began to embrace this new attention, and decided to become a criminal for hire in Petropolis.
When Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell met Lockjaw, he was raiding the Petropolis Armory to steal some missiles to blow up the city. The Team tried their hardest to contain him, but they were overwhelmed by his savage brutality and strong biting power, and he escaped. Eventually, the Team found out that Lockjaw was surprisingly intelligent, and the reason why they lost was because he evaluated their weak points, and used that to his advantage. So, the best way for them to beat him was to outsmart him, and make sure he doesn't keep up with them. So, when Lockjaw climbed to the highest peak on the outskirts of the city, and tried using the missiles, Team Katswell showed up, and were able to keep him on his toes as they fought with him.
The Team changed up there strategy so much, Lockjaw couldn't keep up, allowing the team to take him down, and save the city. Upon his defeat, Lockjaw was impressed with Team Katswell's fighting spirit, and Kitty's superb leadership skills, earning a deep respect for them. While she was flattered, Kitty still had Lockjaw sent to Albatrazz Prison, but he soon escaped, and continued to be a menace to the Team anyway he can.

Personality & Traits:
Lockjaw may look like an unhinged wild beast, and he is, but underneath that savage exterior lies a very intelligent mind. He actually has a method to his brutality, and actually takes his surroundings into account when fighting his enemies. But, Lockjaw still doesn't shy away from unleashing his full fury, and lay waste on his target when the time is right. So, he's savage and brutal, but he still maintains an intelligent and well-spoken individual at most times.
Even though he's sworn enemies with Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell, there are times where he has teamed up with them, mostly to help them tackle a more common foe to both of them. But, Lockjaw still prefers to stick to the wrong side of the law, and his surprising intelligence has made him a favorite criminal amongst the Petropolis underworld. While he still prefers to go at it alone, he's not afraid to join up with other criminals to tackle big crimes.
But, Lockjaw doesn't like it when he gets outsmarted by his opponents, and he gets so frustrated, he can barely think clearly. He's also afraid that if he bites too hard on a harder material, his teeth will break apart, leaving him without any teeth to attack his foes with. But, he's still a very powerful criminal in the Petropolis criminal scene, and continues to be a thorn in Team Katswell's side.

Well, that's Lockjaw's interpretation for "TUFF: Team Katswell."
