An upgraded sketch from my latest sketch event, which was based on the world of Alvez, drawing from the characters, settings and creatures of Kroashent. For "Doctor-Crow", an interesting fan-art commission featuring Claire Redfield, of Resident Evil fame, transformed into an anthro Cŵn Annwn, the hunting hounds of the Sidhe Courts. I based her design off of one of the patches on her jacket, which seemed to fit with the Celtic styles of the Sidhe Courts.

The Cŵn Annwn are a canine species from Faerie, coming in two varieties. The white and red Seelie hounds, favoured by the Summer Court, are excellent hunting dogs, used by Sidhe Lords and the Wild Hunt to harry all manner of game as they ride across the lands. The Unseelie variant are large creatures resembling mastiffs or wolves, with coal-black fur and glowing eyes, their bodies giving off a faint luminescence. These, favoured by the Winter Court, serve as guard dogs over places of magikal power. Compared to their mundane cousins, Cŵn Annwn are remarkably intelligent, capable of following complex orders and problem solving. In some cases, they are even capable of human speech, serving as counselors, spies and assassins for the Sidhe lords.

Although most Cŵn Annwn in Alvez are quadrupedal, the strange magiks of Faerie may allow for anthropomorphic hybrids such as Claire here.
