Let's take a quick look at this primate prodigy.

Powers & Abilities:
Mackey may not have had any combat training, but he has the agility of his species to help him get through many tough areas in order to help his teammates. His true talent lies in his incredible intelligence, and is able to create various gadgets out of everyday gadgets. When in combat, Mackey can also use the tools he uses as weapons against his enemies.

Mackey Que originally started out as a handyman-for-hire who travelled all over Japan, and was a very popular guy to hire because of his incredible talent for putting things back together and creating all kinds of unique inventions out of regular objects. Whenever there's someone in need of repairing something for them, he's usually the first one to help out. This incredible knowledge of gadgetry of his began when he was only 5 years old, when he actually built his first circuit board out of an old toaster and some faulty lights in his parents' house. And, it just went on from there, and he built crazy, yet effective contraptions from various junk he found, and when he was 17, he left home to start his handyman-for-hire business.
Mackey was then hired by the Chief of the Japanese Undercover Fighting Force, or JUFF, quite a few times in the past to repair all the damages caused at their HQ, though no one has ever been able to see him in action before. But, one day, while he was repairing one of their samurai training robots, Mackey used his monkey agility to reach the places no one's ever been able to get to before, and he was able to root out the problem easily. Little did he know that he was actually seen by JUFF's top agent, Whitnee Squirrel, who was actually impressed by his talent as a mechanic and his incredible agility, and offered him a spot in JUFF's answer to the U.S.A.'s Team Katswell, Team Shinobi, as their mechanic.
Mackey was hesistant at first, seeing how it would interfere with his job as a handyman-for-hire. But after some insisting from Whitnee, Mackey reluctantly accepted, and then became Team Shinobi's mechanic while occasionally working as a handyman outside of JUFF.
Mackey would eventually meet half of Team Katswell as as part of a TUFF Global Exchange Programme, where two TUFF agencies from different countries exchange some of their best agents to each others' countries to learn about their cultures. He accompanied Whitnee and a few other members of Team Shinobi to Petropolis in the U.S.A., where he met Dudley, Jake, Allison, and Elvis while Kitty and the others went to Japan. While touring TUFF HQ, he was impressed by the various hi-tech gadgets that Keswick and Dr. Basilisk cooked up in TUFF Labs, and even asked him if he could borrow some schematics to bring back to Japan. But, before Keswick could give him an answer, TUFF receieved word that Snaptrap was using a giant robot (that Guar has given him) to terrorize all of Petropolis. With Whitnee leading Team Katswell in Kitty's absence, she had Mackey analyze the giant robot, and put in charge of putting it out of commission permanently. When they encountered the giant robot, Mackey put his mechanical genius to good use, cutting off the robot's power supply, weapons systems and communications to Guar while Whitnee took care of Snaptrap, and Dudley and the others dealt with his henchme. Afterwards, Mackey was given permission to use Keswick's schematics, and he returned to Japan with Whitnee and the others, but he and Team Shinobi are still on call to assist Team Katswell in keeping the world safe from evil.
Personality & Traits:
Mackey is a very intelligent primate when it comes to mechanics, and is often the first one to volunteer his services whenever someone's got a technical problem. Despite Mackey's talent for repairing and inventing, he isn't exactly as smart as someone like Keswick or Dr. Basilisk, but Kitty, John, and even Whitnee believe that he's on par with them. He also has a colorful sense of humor, and is prone to making puns a lot, which at times gets very irritating to his teammates. But, Mackey is still top-notch when to comes to building and fixing things, and he wouldn't trade his talents for anything else.
Despite having mixed feelings about Mackey's jokes, Team Shinobi really likes having him around. He gets along very well with Shaun Ibu, and the two of them act like brothers to one another, often hanging out at arcades, going out to lunch and what-not. And, even though Hayai is the most irritated by his puns, she still loves Mackey like a kid brother, and often goofs around with him between missions. Whitnee, the team leader, sees amazing potential in his monkey agility, and is glad to have him on board.
Mackey also loves bananas, true to his monkey nature, and would do anything for a nice big banana split. However, when it comes to finding the right components for his inventions, Mackey has trouble with seeing what works and what doesn't, which often leads to his inventions going wrong. This has given him a sense of self-doubt, but he always manages to pull through, and keep going on his passion for mechanical engineering.
