Well, let's get right down to this bad bovine.

Powers & Abilities:
Mad Cow is physically very strong, and his punches offer a powerful amount of damage because of his C.U.D. brass knuckles. His pitchfork has many gadgets in it, such as lasers, electrical tasers, and the prongs can launch off its handle, and fly at speeds of up to 150 mph, and can explode once it reaches its target.

Bio:
Mackenzie Bossy was a sheep farmer living in the Pennsylvania farmlands right next door to Jake's Uncle Louis, who is also a sheep farmer. However, every year at the State Fair, Louis' sheep would always beat his because his sheep were raised in a fresh, healthy environment with plenty of food and exercise. Mackenzie's sheep were always kept in pens and only given three seeds a day, which wasn't a very good image for the judges. So, instead of realizing his problem, Mackenzie decided to poison all the sheep in Pennsylvania with lead in hopes of eliminating the competition, and finally gaining the recognition he desired. But, he was eventually found out about his crime, and was arrested for sabotage and mistreatment towards animals.
But, after spending 5 years in prison, he went mad, and he turned to a life of crime under the name Mad Cow. After he escaped from prison, Mad Cow returned to Pennsylvania to set up shop for his criminal activities. He believed that the farm that was shut down by PETA would make a good hideout, and managed to kidnap some sheep from other farms across the state to aid in his crimes. However, it wasn't long before he quickly discovered some toxic waste leaking into his sheep pens, and the sheep were unknowingly drinking the stuff in their drinking water. This in turn transformed the sheep into evil mutant sheep, and Mad Cow decided to make them his evil henchmen in his criminal pursuits.
Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell got word of Mad Cow's criminal career from Jake's Uncle Louis, who saw that Mad Cow wanted to use his mutant sheep to ransack the State Fair. So, they came to Pennsylvania, and gathered some information about Mad Cow from Louis, and after some investigating around his abandoned farmland, found out that he wants to ruin the State Fair for ruining his chances to win the blue ribbon for his sheep for all these years. During Mad Cow's assault on the fair, the Team was able to defeat his henchmen, but Mad Cow decided to get back at Louis for beating him each year by destroying HIS sheep farm.
Jake was distraught by this, and pursued Mad Cow back to the farm. When he arrived, Mad Cow was about to do Louis's family in with his pitchfork, and Jake jumped in to stop him. Then, they fought each other throughout the farmland, although Mad Cow's hi-tech pitchfork gave Jake a rough time throughout the fight. After his defeat, Mad Cow was arrested again, and taken back to prison for his crimes. Since then, Mad Cow's hatred towards the Wolfsbane family grew, and vowed to make them pay for overshadowing him all these years.

Personality & Traits:
Mad Cow takes extreme pride in everything he does, whether it's trying to win the State Fair's sheep contest, or committing crimes all across the United States. The reason why he keeps entering his neglected sheep in the State Fair was because first prize was worth over $500,000, and he thinks that acquiring that amount of money would get him on the fast track to success, making him very greedy and putting money over his sheep. And, as a criminal, he's just as greedy and prideful as before, but his unhinged demeanor has made him more uncontrollable than ever.
Mad Cow has been very neglectful of his sheep's well-being, and he often feels the same way around most other criminals he's with. But, he has great hatred towards Jake's family, because he believes that raising the sheep with love and care is pathetic and lame. But, he has gained a deep hatred for Jake himself after he foiled his attempts to destroy his family, and became a very bitter enemy to him ever since.
As greedy as he is, Mad Cow's lust for money has gotten him in deep water from time to time. He gets distracted by anything shiny very easily, and would immediately go after it, claiming it as his own. And, in typical cow fashion, Mad Cow can't stand the sight of burger joints, calling fry cooks as murderers to all bovines in the world. Nevertheless, his greedy and prideful nature has made him a very dangerous criminal that is not to be taken lightly in any way.

Well, that's my interpretation of Mad Cow for "TUFF: Team Katswell."
