Well, let's crack this birdie open, and see what makes him tick.

Powers & Abilities:
Because of his unhinged nature, the Mad Robin has nearly superhuman speed and agility, making him a hard bird to keep up with. He can also fly around at speeds of up to 180 mph, and can peck his beak at rapid speeds. He also has access to dynamite and other explosives, adding to his crazy nature.

Bio:
Once a common street thug by the name of Wally Peckster, the Mad Robin was overcome by his madness by doing the exact same crime over and over gain expecting something new to happen. The reason being was because he thought that Einstein's definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result was just an old wives' tale, and wanted to prove that it was so. Eventually, he went nuts, and was placed in the Petropolis Institution for the Mentally Coo-Coo to have his illness treated. Unfortunately, Peckster began to embrace his newly found madness, and decided that the Institution couldn't hold him, even going so far as to rip his arms through his straightjacket.
He escaped from the Institute to continue his crazy crime spree, and decided to dub himself as "the Mad Robin." Throughout his criminal career, the Mad Robin committed crimes that reflected his absolutely crazy nature, making him a pretty dangerous and unpredictable bad guy for the law to keep up with. But, the only person that threw a monkey wrench into his crimes were Sean Connery Katswell, and the two would often cross each others' paths from time to time. Eventually, Lord Komodo, the leader of the Crimson Komodo Clan, thought his craziness would be useful, and offered him a spot in his clan. Seeing how it would be a good chance to show the world his crazy nature, the Mad Robin accepted, and was then made the distraction tactician for the Crimson Komodo Clan.
Years after the death of Sean Connery Katswell, the Mad Robin assisted Lord Komodo and the other members of the Crimson Komodo Clan in ransacking Kitty Katswell's old home in Catsville in hopes learning the location of the Katswell Family Archives. Even though the Katswells fled to Petropolis, the clan was more content with finding the map, and the Mad Robin was put in charge of brainwashing the victims who had eaten the illegal spice that Spyder Monkey quantumly enhanced into becoming slaves for Komodo at the Archives. He did so by taking over an abandoned mental institution in San Francisco, California, and disguised it as a treatment facility to "cure" the victims of the illegal spice. But, what he was REALLY doing was turning them into mindless zombies for Komodo to use to get to the Archives.
After learning about the Crimson Komodo Clan, and their plans for her family archives, Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell decided to take on the Mad Robin first, since San Francisco was only a few miles away from Petropolis. At first, they thought it was just a normal treatment facility to cure people of the illegal spice, but after some investigating, they quickly learned that the patients were being turned into slaves for Lord Komodo. So, after sabotaging his treatment facility, Kitty came face to face with the Mad Robin, he challenges her to a game he likes to play with ALL his victims. He throws sticks of dynamite at squares with his face on it, and Kitty has to avoid the explosives. If she does so, the Mad Robin will go easy on her, but if she doesn't, she'll get blown sky high. 999 people have attempted this feat, and 999 have failed, and the Mad Robin intended to make Kitty his 1,000th victim. But, Kitty kept a level head, and through deep concentration, was able to beat him at his own game, and bring him in. He was then taken to prison, but still vows to get even with Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell one day.
Personality & Traits:
The Mad Robin is, as his name suggests, downright insane. You can tell from his swirly, crazed eyes, unhinged-looking smile, and his torn straightjacket. He embraces his insanity to the max, and tries to get others to see his crazy ways. But, underneath that crazy exterior lies a sharp and calculating mind, and is always coming up with ingenious plans for seemingly complicated crimes. So, he's crazy, but is very clever and a quick thinker.
When it comes to his master, Lord Komodo, he's practically his whipping boy, although he still remains loyal to his master and his cause. However, his fellow Clan members think he's just a dumb nutcase who's just trying to hard to make it big in the criminal underworld, especially Count Bloodbath, who finds his insanity very annoying. But, the Mad Robin is too wrapped up in his own insanity to realize it, and just keeps focused on making the world as crazy as he is.
The Mad Robin also tends to be cruel towards his victims, despite the fact that he disguised the abandoned mental institute in San Francisco as an inviting environment for curing their spice addiction. However, he usually goes overboard with his methods, and is too blinded by his own insanity to realize it. He also doesn't like listening to classical music because it makes him sane again, and he hates that. But, he still tries to be as crazy as he can, and won't stop until he gets his crazy point across.
Well, that's the Mad Robin's interpretation for "TUFF: Team Katswell." Hope you like it, Willie.
