Up next in the Team Katswell Character Guide we have one of my personal favorite TUFF OCs that I've created myself. It's the French fashionista with a color sense of fashion and a blanket fetish, Mademoiselle Couverture.

Now, let's pull off the blanket, and see what lies beneath.

Powers & Abilities:
Couverture's multi-colored costume allows her to absorb anyone's abilities so she can use them for her own evil deeds thanks to the Energy Aniverse Gem. Her costume has already absorbed most of Team Katswell's abilities (such as Kitty's cat-like reflexes, John's sword-fighting skills, Dudley's speed, Jake's accuracy, Allison's smarts, Niles' durability, Kimiko's swiftness, Stan's flight, and Elvis' strength). She also keeps many extra copying blankets on her belt so she can snag other furries, and use their abilities for later.

Bio:
Colette Blanquet was once a coat-check girl at a fashion design studio who has a big dream for the fashion world: a line of clothes inspired by Halloween ghost costumes. One day, she was looking for more inspiration when she came across an online order for the fabrics that were used to make Team Katswell's uniforms. When she ordered them, and got them in the mail, Colette was unaware that one of the Aniverse Gems had left some of its power on the fabrics, making them enchanted. But, she went on with her designs, and created a line of clothes that she thought would get her on the fast track to fashion success.
However, instead of appreciating the hard work Colette put into her line, the head designer called her designs "ridiculous nonsense," tore them up, and fired her on the spot. Colette was so distraught by this, that when she touched the purple fabric, she had gained most of Elvis' immense strength. It wasn't long before she discovered the Energy Aniverse Gem, and that it imbued the fabrics with most of Team Katswell's skills, and allowed all the fabrics in her sweatshop to absorb anyone's abilities. So, out of the torn-up clothes, Colette fashioned a costume that covered her from head to toe, and dubbed herself as "Mademoiselle Couverture."
Then, Couverture invaded the fashion studio that she used to work for, and found the head designer in her office. She told her that she ruined her dreams of being a fashion designer, and how poorly she was treated while she was working for her. The head designer tried to apologize to her for her cruelty, but it was too late. Couverture demonstrated her costume's abilities, and used Elvis' strength, Kitty's energy, John's fighting skill, and Kimiko's swift strikes to beat her senseless until she was near death's door. Since then, she has moved on to become a world-renowned supervillain, evading FLUFF and Interpol alike.
Team Katswell was called in to help FLUFF (French Liaison Undercover Fighting Force) deal with Couverture during the big Notre Dame Fashion Show hosted by her old fashion studio. After some investigating, Kitty discovered that Couverture was copying the modelling skills of the models making them weak so that her blanket-inspired fashion-line would be superior. During the fashion show, before Couverture could do her worst, Team Katswell and FLUFF showed up, and Kitty took care of her in no time flat. After that, Couverture fled from France, and is currently hiding out somewhere in California.

Personality & Traits:
Couverture is very passionate about fashion, and strives to make a name for herself with her line of blanket ghost designs. But, she usually tends to be rather aggressive whenever someone tells her that her designs stink, and often gets emotional over it. Her drive to be a fashion icon has made her very determined yet somewhat prideful, but for the most part, she tends to keep a cool head over it, and tries not to let it get to her.
But, when she's not obsessing over her fashion statement, Couverture is actually a very sociable individual amongst the bad guy community. While her boss may have detested her designs, most female villains think her designs are very unique and original, which has made her a highly-sought out person for outfit commissions, mostly from Lady Malmsteen and Mistress Medusa. It was this attention from the villain community that made her an icon amongst villains, and Couverture was even invited to many villain get-togethers because of it.
However, Couverture still has a few problems that she has trouble overcoming. For example, sometimes she trips over her own costume and falls flat onto her face whenever she tries to walk in it. Also, it seems the Aniverse Gem has corrupted her, making her pretty crazy and out-of-it. This has gotten her in hot water a couple times, and sometimes, people just couldn't take her seriously at times due to her multi-colored outfit. But, Couverture doesn't let this phase her, and still remains one of the toughest supervillains Team Katswell has ever faced.
