Xlikan has always been one to enjoy a dark palette, especially when it comes to outfits. He is a rogue/thief type after all, and sneaking in the shadows requires not being spotted easily. Though his tailor didn't get the memo, and so he's stuck with white outlines that hinder his stealthy antics, but not enough to deter him or lessen his chances all that much. And if he does get spotted, he's still capable of fighting off almost any enemy in the whole of Tamriel.
