Here's me removing the head off of my flat-head six cylinder engine in my Studebaker.
This car hasn't ran since 1973 and the only way to find out why it sat up for all these years is to go inside the engine if its locked up.
In most cases you can free up the pistons by removing the spark plugs and simply pour some marvel mystery oil into the cylinders. Then after allowing the oil to sit in there for a few hours or a few days you can slowly get it to turn over by hand with a torque wrench.
Well in this case, marvel mystery oil couldn't help this one. Because this engine over heated to the point where it seized up.
