The human anatomy is a construction mayhem. It changes no matter how you look at it. However, our mind knows it so well its easy to spot when its wrong.
Im still struggling, but this study I've developed as a request might help others understand a few things.

You do a lot of those "inbetween steps" poses and you do them great. They really convey the feeling of movement. Interesting to see how you work.

I never really thought of that, but it's interesting. Movement is tricky, it usually comes when drawing the surroundings and how it reacts to the macro.
