Dray wanted to see expansion on his friend Chase but didn't want her to know about it. So he Magically enhanced a "Stars and Stripes" bathing suit knowing she wouldn't be able to resist putting it on. (So patriotic :D) The expansion effect is triggered by water so a few momments after entering the hot tub she took up a majority of it while Dray just enjoys his trick.
