Backstory:
Coming seemingly out of nowhere, Kova has spent his growing life in obscurity. No one, not even his fellow Eliksni, knew of him beyond simply "that vandal" until he and his brother Suno began to make a name for themselves. It was a simple start, just two vandals being successful in the field until they became Captains... Which is where it all started.
As Kova led his brother from one mission to another, it became clear there was a difference that set them aside from the rest of their kind. As ether became more and more scarce, he remembered a desperate tactic from House of Rain and slowly began to wean himself from the substance, turning instead to meat and more substantial foods before their House's situation turned just as dire. The change guided his body to be larger and stronger over time once he had adjusted to it, but he makes no effort to convince others to attempt this change other than his brother. While not massive, it is enough to make him stand out head and shoulders taller among his fellow captains. Although his build seems to be about average, he was once seen physically lifting up and throwing another captain over a ledge during a disagreement.
In carrying a loadout much as a guardian does as well as using guardian tactics in combat, others among the House are often suspicious of him. Kova is usually seen where guardians frequent, having become exceptionally good at hunting and killing them, yet seems to deliberately avoid killing their ghosts. By repeatedly killing guardians, he has earned the name Kova the Butcher, and tales from frightened ghosts are beginning to carry over to the Tower about the dreadful, roaming Butcher Brothers...
