Up next in the Team Katswell Character Guide we have an agent for the Brazilian Undercover Fighting Force, or BRUFF as https://www.deviantart.com/thesharkmaster calls it, the feisty, yet lovely, Patricia Vulpe.

Bio:
Patricia Vulpe, one of the Brazilian Undercover Fighting Force's finest agents, grew up in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil as part of a family-run conservation program. She would spend her days learning about the Amazon rain forest and all the plants and animals that lived there when ventured with her family there on occasion. She even developed a close bond with the indigenous tribe of cats that made the jungle their home. As an adult, Patricia learned the true value of the Earth, and decided to become an environmentalist to help protect it for future generations.
Patricia did so by signing up for the Environmental Club at her college, and after graduation, she decided to take over the family business in hopes of shaping the world's ecosystem. But, she grew concerned that she wasn't getting enough recognition for her work, so after hearing about TUFF's Brazilian wing, BRUFF, she decided to enlist as an agent there in hopes of getting more supporters. After going through BRUFF's training regime, Patricia became a full agent, and made her family's conservation program affiliated with the agency. BRUFF would then become part of the nature conservation community, and they made it a top priority to keep the world from environmental disasters, and anyone who would dare try to ruin it.
But, one day, an American gangster named Al T. Bonne and his Goon Squad decided to set up shop in South America, which immediately caught the attention of Patricia and BRUFF. They found out that Al planned on mowing down the Amazon Rain Forest and plans to build a hotel resort and spa for villains in its place. Patricia was shocked by this, and asked the head of BRUFF to take care of Al. She was given permission to do so, and with her partner, Rebecca Guana, went after Al, and tried to stop him from destroying the rain forest. But, with the combination of his shock collars and his brutish assistant Chink Bryuser, Al was too much for them to handle by themselves. So, after a while, they decided to call the USA to send Team Katswell for a little extra help.
Once Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell arrived on the scene, Patricia grew concerned that if Al doesn't get stopped, the rain forest that she worked so hard to conserve would be destroyed forever. But, Rebecca, her partner reassured her that they can get through this, and just have faith in her friends. So, after a botched attempt to stop Al at first, Kitty and the Team came up with another plan. Patricia then decided to have the Team rally the other Amazonian tribes across the rain forests in hopes of overwhelming Al's crew, since she has strong connections with them. So, she went with Niles, Stan, and Elvis all across the jungle, and they were able to keep Al's men occupied while Kitty dealt with Al himself. After Al was defeated and removed from South America, Patricia was grateful for Team Katswell's help, and does whatever it takes to help BRUFF keep the Earth's ecosystem safe from evil.
Personality & Traits:
Patricia is very devoted to her cause to help the planet, and is always willing to do what it takes to keep it safe from environmental hazards. But, on the side, she's also a bit cheeky, and likes to let loose every once in a while. She loves fashion, and doesn't shy away from attending a fancy party (usually as an undercover job for BRUFF). But, Patricia still devotes herself to her environmental duties, while keeping her fun-loving side in check as well.
Patricia also has very close bonds to her fellow BRUFF agents Rebecca Guana and Thiago Caimao, and sees them as part of her family if anything else. She's especially close to Rebecca, and the two have become very good friends after their first mission (although there are rumors going around BRUFF HQ that there might be something more to their relationship). Thiago was the one who trained Patricia, seeing that she has potential to be a good BRUFF agents, but he also sees her as a good friend that's definitely worth protecting.
As stated before, Patricia loves fashion and attending fancy parties, but she also likes to eat organic food due to her environmental persona. However, her devotion to help the environment has also gotten her in trouble at times, which was evident when Al T. Bonne used it to his advantage during his plans to destroy the Amazon Rain Forest. But, she tries her best to keep her beliefs in check, although it doesn't stop her from doing what's right for the Earth's future.
